写在前面：华道缘起
有这样一群企业家，追随内心良知，不止步于坐而论道，更是起而积极义行。他们联合理念相投的志愿者，发起建立华道生态社区，以众筹的方式，秉承可持续发展的要求，倡导和谐健康节俭的生活方式，积极推动传统文化的传承，同时与国际接轨，与世界交流对话，成为全球生态联盟的成员，不断创新。基于开放、和谐，包容，共享共治的生活伦理，推动天人合一、和谐共生的生活价值观，誓将华道生态社区建设成为中国推动可持续发展，减少环境灾害，驱散雾霾的一个实验基地。
Origin of Hua Tao
There is a group of entrepreneurs, as conscious Chinese, they take one bold step of creating an eco-community with help from people who share the same concept and ambitions. They use self-funded way, under the theme of sustainability, pursue healthy and simple way of living, actively engage in the promotion of traditional culture, and at the same time, open to the outside world by visiting global eco-villages and entering into Global Eco-villages Network. Their key values are open, harmony, tolerance and share. Their vision is to make Hua Tao community into a Chinese lab of sustainability, disaster reduction and haze dispelling.
低碳环保
华道生态社区采用轻钢构设计，使用了在全球范围内逐渐被重视的被动式节能建材。整个社区在建筑上无毒害、无污染、无放射性，达到使用周期后可回收利用，仅需极少或不需暖气及空调，依然能保持宜居温度，因此与传统砖混水泥建筑相比，华道生态社区能减少90%以上能耗，对地球环境负荷很小，有利于环境保护和人体健康。此外，在建设过程中非常关注生物多样性，绿化面积，基地保水，日常节能，污水垃圾处理，雨水回收，以充分利用当地资源和能源，并降低对各种资源的消耗。在日常生活中，通过共享电动车/厨房/洗衣室等方式，降低个人的碳排放，体现出绿色生态社区的低碳节能 、经济高效。
Low-carbon Design
Hua Tao community adopts a light-steel frame structure and passive energy-saving building materials for its architectural construction. All buildings in the community will be non-toxic, non-polluting, non-radioactive, and recyclable after a complete life cycle. It requires extremely low energy consumption for heating or air conditioning to maintain a comfortable temperature inside, which reduces more than 90% of energy consumption and has minimal impact on the environment. Moreover, in order to make full use of local resources and energy, close attention has been paid to biodiversity conservation, environmental greening, water reserve, daily energy-saving, garbage disposal and rainwater recycling during the construction process. The residents will share electric cars, kitchens and laundry rooms in their daily lives, which contributes to lower personal carbon emissions and an efficient utilization of living resources.
生态有机
华道生态社区的农业用地占地240余亩，社区将引入经过科学验证的创新农业技术，从生态农业起步，逐步过渡到有机农业。在有机质肥料方面，社区将使用获得设备系统专利4项，微生物专利2项的环保创新技术——快速处理有机废弃物技术（快速酵素法），以保证提供高质量有机肥料的同时，解决传统堆肥造成的资源浪费和二次污染等问题。社区同时引入了被称为第三次水革命的量子水技术。量子水能激活微量元素，渗透力更强，进一步保证灌溉土壤的健康与活力 。未来的日子里，人们在农耕，饮食等方面将回归简朴自然，社区通过不断地实践与创新，致力形成没有废弃物的生态链，打造无污染、高产出、易操作、可持续的生态农业循环体系。
Organic Farming
There are 240 acres of farmland in Hua Tao community, on which we are committed to make a transition from ecological agriculture to organic agriculture. As for organic fertilizer, an enzyme catalysis method which has obtained 6 patents, will be applied to organic waste treatment. It ensures the high-quality of organic fertilizer and solves the waste of resources and secondary pollution resulted in conventional composting as well. Meanwhile, we have introduced quantum water technology to activate trace elements in water and enhance the quality and vitality of soils with irrigation. In the coming future, people will live with a simple and natural lifestyle. And through constant practice and innovation, there will be an ecological agriculture circulation system in the community, which is sustainable, productive, pollution-free and easily operated.
健康养生
华道生态社区将建立融合传统中医智慧（道医）与现代健康数据分析技术的健康管理系统。在健康方面，通过自然简朴的生活方式，合理均衡的饮食，基于按摩，针灸等中国传统的保健护理，提升免疫力，保证人们的身心健康。在养生方面，一同进行瑜伽、健身、太极等方式的静心修行。并根据24节气、以及个人体质和兴趣的不同提供各类养生兴趣培训班，比如茶道、花道、香道、中国传统文化礼仪和古琴音律研习。在医疗体系方面，引入能量医学技术，基于体检及时跟踪健康情况，加强社区居民的个人自我健康管理意识及能力，达到不生病，少得病，并与本地医院达成诊断－联系－治疗－康复的完善方案。
Health Care
Hua Tao is taking actions to set up an integrated health care system which merges traditional Chinese medicine (Tao Based Medicine) and modern health data analysis together. While living with a natural and simple lifestyle, a reasonable and balanced diet, and traditional Chinese health care therapies, people will be really healthy and happy. In Hua Tao, we advocate a regimen of spiritual practice, such meditation, yoga and tai chi. We also hold various artistic workshops in accordance of traditional 24 solar terms and personal interests. As for systemic health care of the community, introduce of energy healing would greatly enhance the general health condition and develop a complete medical system under collaboration with local hospitals.
文化践行
华道生态社区建立之初，便立志践行“天人合一、创新文明”的宗旨，将中华传统文化中之精华以创新的形式运用于社区的建设与生活之中。从联合发起人的日常例会开始，便突破现代会议由“事”入手的结构，转而从静心、调整能量、协同频率入手，以共修《道德经》的形式穿越人、事、物的三维场能，寻求更高智慧的指引，之后再转入具体问题的讨论。在日常生活中，我们不断去了解民俗、亲近民俗，寻找符合中国人的生产、生活方式。无论是奠基仪式还是开工仪式上的拜祭天地，还是分房仪式前的奉种仪式，我们赋予简单生活以庄严意义，重新唤醒人们内心对崇高感的渴求、与天地的连接、对万物的敬畏之情。
Cultural Practice
Co-creation with nature has always been a grand ideal for us, even before the initiative of Hua Tao community. Cultural practice has covered every aspect of the community life. Regular meetings of co-founders will be started with spiritual connecting and guided by superior wisdom. In the daily life, we continue to understand folk custom and learn to be a part of it. Whenever there is a critical event, a solemn ritual shall be hold in advance, to extend our utmost respect and worship to nature and earth, and to reconnect with the whole world.
教育培训
教育培训是可持续发展生态社区的重要组成部分。我们借由教育培训，设计适合不同年龄段特点的内容，推广和传播可持续发展理念，培养未来世界的新文明公民。华道生态社区的教育培训，面向未来，招募与呼唤致力于创造人与人、人与自然、人与自身和谐相处的新人类。我们通过课程、体验、游学等多种方式，回归土地，善待自然，亲近传统文化，探索生命本源，架设东西方桥梁，激活创造力与领导力。
Education & Training
As an education center of ecological culture, Hua Tao also focuses on education reform. Through new education models we developed, people of different ages will acquire a more profound understanding of sustainability. Hua Tao insists on a future perspective in education and training, and tries to awaken the dreamers who dreamed to live in harmony with all people, nature and inner self. With workshops on ecological training, leadership development and spiritual retreat in different forms, both residents and visitors will find an approach to foster inner peace and profound personal change.
共建共享
华道生态社区以众筹的模式发起，探索一条“共建共享共治”的社区管理机制。因认同可持续发展理念走到一起的社员，也以共同的智慧、各自的长处投入社区的建设与管理之中。在社区发展的不同阶段，根据项目的不同类型，我们采取“自荐+推荐+共同投票”的形式，推举项目负责人，承担组织和协调的工作。社区也提供给居民大量自主创业的空间，充实和完善社区生活的各项需求。在华道生态社区，我们不是等待已经有了什么，而是考虑应该创造什么。
Collaboration & Sharing
Hua Tao community is self-funded and running under a collaboration and sharing principle. Only these who have deep understanding and recognition of sustainability could be members and residents of Hua Tao. With the cohesion of Hua Tao members’ intelligence and talents, development and management of the community will be eternally harmonious and thriving. Although management system may be adjusted to changing circumstances, persistence of democracy will remain an unvarying goal. In Hua Tao community, we do not wait for anything, we think about changes we can make.
