Concept
當民眾透過電話報案時，往往只能透過口頭敘述情況，而當受害者不方便講話時或因為緊張無法好好敘述時，透過Q-COP的協助，便能夠改善訊息傳達不清楚的情況。Q-COP可在警察出動前先到達現場錄製影像畫面，並在後續能夠繼續配合警察逮捕犯人。
When the public reports a crime by telephone, it is often only through oral accounting, and when the victim is not able to speak easily or because of tension, the assistance of Q-COP can improve the communication of unclear information.
Q-COP can record images before the police move out and continue to cooperate with the police in arresting prisoners.
