Mode of Selection:
If number of applications are more, then selection committee will fix a criteria to shortlist the applicants. Only shortlisted candidates will be required the interview. Selection will be done on the basis of online interview through either Skype/Google Meet/Zoom or any other ideal software, as chosen by the proficient authority.

The engagement will be on purely temporary and legal basis for the period mentioned in the advertisement. It is specifically for the above mentioned research study work and the period will be co-terminus with the project period or till the conclusion of period whichever is previously. The engagement under this job does not give any right/claim whatsoever either explicitly or implicitly on the appointee for routine appointments in CSIR-NIO/CSIR, versus any post or otherwise under any legal conditions precedent. It would for that reason, not provide any right/claim, implicit or specific, on the part of the candidates for regularization/absorption versus any post in CSIR/NIO or under any other plan of CSIR.
HRA will be paid according to the rules.
Incase of prospects certified with NET/GATE certification, they might be thought about for greater emoluments according to the DST regulations of job staffs, based on the approval of job funds and approval of qualified authority.
