儘管離目標還有一段距離
但既然頭都洗下去了 就沒有抽身的理由了對吧??
每餐盡量吃水煮 少油 少鹽 少澱粉天天上gym的堅持也已經來到第9天

一次補上這陣子的飲食照~
有空我會在家自己料理,但在忙的時候我也會買subway或7-11的輕食來補充
